Tax Services

We guide our clients through a full range of tax planning and preparation decisions with strategies that minimize your tax liabilities, maximize your cash flow and keep you on track to your financial goals.

Our expertise, experience, analysis and thorough research allow us to optimize financial opportunities to be found in existing as well as recently altered tax laws.

Additionally, we provide estate planning and trust preparation as well as IRS representation.

Accounting & Financial Statement Services

We provide various levels of service related to financial statements, from the simplest of bookkeeping to a full scope financial statement audit.

An audit provides the highest level of assurance. An audit is a methodical review and objective examination of the financial statements, including the verification of specific information as determined by the auditor or as established by general practice.

Less extensive than an audit, but more involved than a compilation, a review engagement consists primarily of analytical procedures we apply to the financial statements, and various inquiries we make of your company’s management team.

In compiling financial statements for a client, we present information that is the “representation of management” and expresses no opinion or assurance on the statements.

Bookkeeping/Write up Services

We can assist your organization with your daily bookkeeping needs so you can focus on your core business.

We can provide as much or little assistance as you require.

QuickBooks can provide useful and timely information in the form of financial statements, reports and graphs. However, it can only provide this information if you purchase the right product and then setup and use it properly.

We don’t just help you use the software, we help you use it more efficiently and more effectively.

We can provide personal training, assist you with initial set up, and provide support and review of your transactions.

Business Valuation

Whether you’re estate planning, negotiating marital dissolution, or considering a merger, an objective valuation can make the difference between loss or gain, success or failure.

We work closely with you to analyze your operations and historical financial data.

Our in-depth knowledge of your business enables us to provide a reasonable, fully documented and defensible valuation opinion.

Litigation Support

Whether the case involves commercial litigation or matrimonial disputes we are qualified to provide the foremost litigation services.

We focus on the legal foundations and the strategic and communication skills required of a forensic expert and how to apply these skills in the litigation context.

We can assist you with damages calculation, including lost economic damages, lost personal service earnings and loss growth of net worth, provide expert testimony and rebuttal services.
